Position in the company: Sales Operations Manager

Purpose of the position: Maintaining efficient operations in key business processes (activation of new customers, operations with existing customers) in the markets of EU countries (Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia).

 Functional responsibilities:

  • monitoring changes in competitors' prices in all markets, making proposals for price changes (together with the Product Manager); 
  • preparing and maintaining up-to-date price lists for clients; 
  • development of commercial offers that meet the needs of customers; 
  • sell-in/sell-out monitoring, making proposals to improve current operations;
  • negotiating with Key Accounts different activities, important for the company:
  1. Presentation of new and updated products to Key Accounts.
  2. Participation in planning and analysing the results of promotions, together with the marketing team.
  3. Monitoring marketing activities of competitors. 
  • other tasks that are not on the above list but are critical to business development in area of responsibility.

We expect from the candidate: 

  • excellent MS Excel skills (pivot tables, basic functions - VLOOKUP, SUMIF etc.);
  • english – upper-intermediate+;
  • other languages are always an advantage;
  • knowledge of local consumer electronics markets, good relationship with the buyers/decision makers in offline and online retail – nice to have;
  • KAM/BDM experience at least for 2 years in consumer electronics (retail/e-tail segment).
