What will you do:
lead and actively expand the international and Ukrainian customer base (cold sales);
process clients’ requests, prepare sales proposals for the needs of each client;
be the connecting link between the client and the team of lawyers;
make reports for an each project in Trello, monitor the implementation of deadlines by lawyers;
control the quality of services together with partners and senior lawyers.
What should you know and be able to do:
have at least 1 year of work experience with clients (b2b) or experience in sales of services or IT products (b2b);
legal education or work experience in legal business will be a privilege, which will allow you to understand the client's requests and problems more quickly;
show interest in the fields of IT / Law, be interested in news and trends;
know English at the B2-C1 level (required);
know how to build effective communication with clients and with the team, know how to listen and hear, and has a personal superpower — to explain complex things in simple words;
learn the client's business and needs, take care of his/her success and build partnerships with clients. Ensure compliance with deadlines, fulfill agreements and obligations to the client, ensure quality flow;
be aimed at achieving results, set ambitious professional goals and have an action plan to achieve them;
drive, energy, self-development and professional improvement are key life principles that coincide with ours;
Payment:
$800-$1000 fix
sales bonus
team bonus for kpi performance
Conditions of work:
completely remote work;
payment in dollars to a Payoneer card;
quality onboarding and training plan, support from a mentor who is in touch 24/7, and help from an experienced sales team;
daily communication with both local and English-speaking clients (North America, Europe, Britain);
corporate English, professional training, attending conferences (paid by the company).
