Position Overview: 

As a B2B Sales Account Manager, your primary role is to manage an assigned customer portfolio, cultivate business growth with existing clients, and proactively identify new sales prospects. Your responsibilities encompassing building robust client relationships, liaising with key business leaders and stakeholders, and generating sales reports. You will also be tasked with addressing client inquiries and uncovering fresh business opportunities within our existing customer base.

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customer account management. 

  • Analyze and negotiate project technical conditions, deadlines, and implementation costs. 

  • Cultivate new business with clients to achieve sales goals. 

  • Forge and sustain enduring client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to key accounts, while maximizing profitability through contract negotiations. 

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer needs and objectives. 

  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. 

 Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated expertise in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a related position. 

  • Proficient in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executives and C-level personnel. 

  • Strong proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office. 

  • Proven track record of delivering client-centric solutions that address customer needs. 

  • Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple account management projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. 

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
