FAVBET — Entertainment Tech company, created in 1999. We develop services for betting and games. We sponsor sports and support its development.

Over 24 years our mission is to create a service that makes watching sports events spectacular, and the impression of the game — unforgettable.

FAVBET supports professional athletes and amateurs, sponsors teams in the Premier Leagues and regional championships. We are involved in developing betting and gaming culture. We also invest in the fight against gambling addiction, help players cope with crisis situations, and monitor age restrictions for players.

We are actively expanding our product team and are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Manager (B2B/B2C) for our iGaming services (Live Casino platform).

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, managing and monitoring each stage: lead generation, initial discussions, commercial negotiations, contract negotiation, signed agreements, integration, and product launch.
  • Presenting and attending trade shows, events and conferences where required to attract more new customers.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams (marketing, legal, operations, product and delivery) ensuring a coordinated and efficient effort.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and delivery, and serving as the main point of contact for initial account management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in iGaming with a strong track record of working in a B2B/В2С environment (UA, EU and other markets).
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and coordinate efforts across multiple teams and departments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
