Requirements:

  • Good time management skills;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Experience in working with CRM;
  • Ability to work with technical requirements;
  • Understanding of the software development process;
  • Knowledge of lead generation channels;
  • Experience with a full cycle of sales in IT outsourcing;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent English;

Good to know:

  • Knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.);

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting all activities in CRM;
  • Reporting and analysis of own performance;
  • Improvement and preparation of documentation for sales processes;
  • Continuous communication with teammates and C-level to optimize sales strategy and company offerings;
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with existing customers;
  • Explore new sales channels;
  • Lead the negotiation process and close deals;
  • Identifying opportunities that ensure sales growth objectives;
