Sales Manager - UI/UX Design Services

Codebridge Technology, Inc. is a custom software development company with a focus on building web and mobile solutions. We also provide customers with team extension services. Our clients are a product and service-based companies from the United States and Europe.

Requirements: 

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts and ability to effectively communicate their value to clients 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 

• Ability to engage and persuade potential clients, with strong negotiation skills 

• Experience in sales, particularly in a remote or online environment, is preferred  

Main responsibilities: 

• Regularly monitor Upwork accounts and promptly respond to potential clients 

• Initiate and conduct Zoom calls with prospects to discuss their needs and our services, with the aim of converting them into clients 

• Collaborate with our UI/UX designers as needed to provide accurate information to the clients 

• Handle all aspects of the sales process, including answering queries, setting up meetings, and finalizing contracts 

Candidates can choose their preferred shift, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the role:   

• Morning Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM - Ideal for those who prefer a traditional workday 

• Evening Shift: 5 PM to 1 AM - Suited for individuals who enjoy working in the late afternoon and evening 

• Night Shift: 1 AM to 9 AM - Perfect for night owls or those in different time zones
