The majority of our clients are logistics companies located in the USA, Mexico, and Europe.
Currently, we are looking to strengthen our team with HR manager.
Our expectations from candidates:
- Well-organized, stress-resistant, detail-oriented, analytical, multitasking, motivated;
- Skills in relationship management and openness to feedback;
- English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher;
- Proficient computer user with excellent knowledge of systems: Google Workspace, Excel, internet navigation.
About the role:
- Recruiting (search for new candidates);
- Conducting interviews with new candidates;
- Collection and verification of necessary documentation for compliance with stated requirements;
- Effective communication and ongoing support;
- Maintaining a database;
- Multitasking: handling incoming phone calls and responding to emails.
