HR manager

The Role:
Strategic HR Management (deep analysis of the company organization, initiation, and implementation of the new strategic decisions)
Talent acquisition and retention (recruiting full-cycle - IT and non-IT positions, onboarding)
Performance Management (surveys, 1-1, professional development)
HR CRM Management (People Force, surveys, workflows, reviews)
Company Policies (adaptation, implementation, and following up)
People Management (guidance and support to the team, fostering a high-performing environment in the company)
Skills and Experience:3+ years of experience as an HR professional
Upper-Intermediate English level
Higher education;
Well-developed communication skills, the ability to build open and friendly relationships with colleagues.
It will be a plus:
Understanding of recruitment processes in the IT sphere;
Knowledge of the technical features of programming languages;
Work experience in a product company.
