Qualifications:
- BCs or MCs degree in economics, finance, management, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in market research / consulting / analytics or related fields / first work experience obtained during 1-2 internships
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- English level C1, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong critical thinking and research skills, excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in research projects as a team member
- Conduct in-depth desk research and thorough market analysis to gather data on market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor analysis
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify relevant insights
- Utilise Excel functions to analyse data, creating visualisations to present research findings in a clear and compelling manner
- Develop business presentations tailored to project requirements: Market Analysis, Industry Trend Report, Competitive Analysis, Company Profile, Thought Leadership materials, etc.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions, suggesting solutions
- Conduct quality assurance checks on research data, analysis, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Contribute to company’s business development initiatives
