Business Excellence Specialist

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Salesforce.com CRM administration:
  1. System/data alterations. Import/export data experience is required.
  2. Updates & developments of workflows and processes.
  3. Maintenance of access rights and security settings 
  4. Target frequency/Business plan/MCCP calculation and upload 
  5. Segmentation & Targeting projects
  6. TRA projects
  7. System enhancements proposals & implementations, including UAT conduction
  8. Ongoing technical know-how support to all FF on their day-to-day CRM related questions 
  9. Partner with business to determine needs, ability to deep dive into business need and propose solutions
  10. CRM system training conduction and regular update of training materials
• Omni-channel management:
  1. Consent management, including internal policies, external audits, and tool management
  2. Enablement of strategic and innovative digital omnichannel programs 
  3. Data stewardship: ensure data managed effectively and in a timely/daily manner including verification and validation processes
• Sales Analytics
  1. Sales data processing & validation
• Incentive Compensation plans
  1. Quota setting 
  2. IC development, approval & documentation
  3. IC calculations
• Reporting:
  1. CRM Customer data extractions & validations 
  2. SFA KPI reporting
  3. Sales Data reporting
  4. Power query experience is required
  5. Support of internal Power BI Dashboards development 

 Expertise:

• Education: technical/mathematician education
• Experience: at least 2 years of experience in analytics field, CRM and digital development within international company
• Fluency in English
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent computer skills, analytical skills (MS office, Power query) 
• Salesforce.com administration skills
• Ability to work in multicultural environment
• Power BI expertise and SQL knowledge (optional)
