Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably within the iGaming industry or a related field;
- Have experience in analytics with BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), so attach a screenshot of one of your dashboards straight away;
- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights;
- Problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns in customer behaviour;
- Be active person with burning desire to learn new tools, passion to analytics and friendly work in team.
Will be plus:
- SQL-queries experience will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze player data to understand behavior patterns, preferences, and trends;
- Identify opportunities for improving player retention and engagement through data-driven insights;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed;
- Evaluate the performance of retention campaigns and promotions;
- Build predictive models to forecast player churn and identify at-risk customers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement retention strategies;
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization.
