Customer support agent, no calls, without night shifts (remote), English

Looking for a responsible person in our company’s customer support service (online chat/emails/social networks). No calls, chats and emails. We are a Taobao sales agent that helps buyers to shop on Taobao/Tmall. Please check our company website  https://parcelup.com/

Requirements:

• High-quality Internet with uninterrupted access is a must.
• English (advanced) written.
• Discipline.
• Confident PC user.
• Working experience with English-speaking clients (writing) is desirable.
• Strong aptitude for learning and a keen aspiration for professional advancement.
• Focus on teamwork.

Working conditions:

• Completely remote work
• Salary 450 — 500$, plus monthly bonuses.
• 8-hour full-time work. No night shifts, no overtime.
• 5-day work week.

Work Responsibilities:

• Responding to customers' inquiries in online chats, emails, and social networks.
• Knowledge of our ordering system (We will provide comprehensive training on our ordering system during the internship).
• Respond to clients' requests on our social pages.
• Content writing for social media.
