And now we are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team!
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in product companies (3+ years on the leading positions);
- Experience in Digital Marketing as a plus (but not necessary);
- Experience with tools like Canva, Jira, Confluence, PeopleForce (or other CRMs), Excel, Googlesheets;
- English B1+.
Challenges and tasks:
- Communication and reporting with project managers;
- Audit of HR processes of the entire company and creation of an HR strategy for projects and for the group as a whole;
- Development of the organizational structure of the HR department
- Automation of HR processes;
- Providing HR analytics, working with metrics for each project and for the group as a whole;
- Working with procedures: onboarding and adaptation, engagement and motivation, assessment, performance management, hiring and firing;
- Development of an internal employer brand and building a corporate culture;
- Work on an external HR brand together with CBDO;
- Creation and monitoring of KPI implementation for all project employees;
- Preparation of HR budgeting/optimization of personnel costs (working together with the CFO);
- Personnel assessment based on personal KPI performance;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of department motivation;
- Managing the recruitment process: leading, training, monitoring and prioritizing the recruiting team;
- Development of a strategy for the development of management personnel.
