Junior Data Analyst

Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner is looking for Junior Data Analyst.

 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

Maintain commercial systems, databases and reporting infrastructure to support information gathering, processing and business analysis. Implement required changes in systems configuration and functionality according to existing and emerging business needs. 

 OBJECTIVES: 

• Develop and maintain set of reports and interactive reporting tools in line with defined scope and structure using appropriate system applications. 
• Collect, consolidate and analyze feedback on commercial systems in order to propose actions required for their improvement and further development. 
• Implement defined configuration of commercial systems based on user requirements. 
• Based on the information from Sales, Marketing and other departments implement relevant updates of the system in order to ensure that all planned commercial activities. 
• Carry out systems roll-out and user-tests of all new developments/ enhancements following through exact specifications and deadlines. 
• Analyze and review reporting scope, structure and content in terms of their usage and relevance to existing business needs. 
• Provide day-to-day professional support to end-users. 
• • Produce all relevant, easy to use documentation (Manuals, User Procedures, etc.) for end-users. Continuously follow up all system modifications and enhancements and include them in the relevant documentation. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Higher Education (preferably in the area of Software development and support, Applied Mathematics, Statistics) 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Good communication skills 
• English: Intermediate; Ukrainian: native 
• Advanced PC Skills: MS Office with the focus on Excel – working with large data, knowledge of business systems and databases maintenance and support, knowledge of SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI will be a plus
