Head of Production (Moldova)
The Biosphere Corporation is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of products for everyday life, personal hygiene and professional care in Europe and Central Asia (TM «Freken BOK», «Smile», «Selpak», Vortex, Novita, «PRO service» and many others), we are asking for an experienced Head of Production (Moldova) to join our team.
Qualifications:
Technical studies (engineering) Knowledge of polymers English language proficiency (medium level) Experience in organizing the production process; Experience in managing a team of employees; Knowledge of labor protection legislation Familiarity with production software Ability to find ways to improve production.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a team and manage subordinates.
- Organization and control of production processes, compliance with technological and technical standards.
- Planning the entire production cycle, quality control of the product.
- Organization and control of the raw materials and materials needed.
- Maintenance of production documentation (creating reports on activity and production efficiency);
- Adherence to product launch deadlines in accordance with production schedules.
- Formulation of proposals for optimization and adjustment of production and technological processes without compromising product quality.
- Implementation of strategic and operational plans.
- Ensuring task completion
