Strategic Product Manager

A well-known pharmaceutical company invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Strategic Product Manager

Candidate profile:

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
• High analytical skills
• Knowledge of strategic marketing: market attractiveness analysis, competitive analysis, segmentation, targeting, positioning ect.
• Ability to form a market strategy: analysis of the portfolio and the roles of products, selection of a competitive strategy, assessment of growth opportunities
• Work experience: in marketing from 3 years, experience working with international markets and portfolio development - desirable;
• Understanding of the peculiarities of market access
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts governing pharmaceutical activities in the scope sufficient to perform functional duties
• English will be an advantage

Your detailed tasks are the following: 

Market Analysis and Product Strategy: Developing and communication a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. Defining the product's value proposition, target market, and differentiation strategies. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Roadmap Planning: Creatіon and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the prioritized features, enhancements, and initiatives. Evaluation and adjustment the roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback ect.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Stakeholder Management

Financial Analysis in collaboration with finance and other relevant teams

Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaboration with marketing and sales teams, coordination product launches, support sales enablement efforts, and monitor post-launch performance to ensure successful product adoption. 

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigation potential risks and challenges associated with the product strategy
