Junior Monetization manager
Main responsibilities: Implement monetization strategies across multiple news websites, niche blogs, social media accounts. Connect websites to AdSense and other advertising platforms, ensuring proper integration and optimization. Set up and manage affiliate campaigns from the publisher side, including tracking and analyzing performance.. Test and experiment with different monetization methods to maximize revenue and improve user experience.
Hard skills: Experience with setting up and managing monetization platforms such as Google AdSense. Knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and experience in setting up and managing affiliate campaigns. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to test and optimize monetization hypotheses. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing ad tags and tracking codes. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress for website management and publishing.
Good to have: Previous experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing or related fields. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and experience in working with ad networks and exchanges. Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze user behavior.
