Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our affiliate partners, optimizing their performance, and ensuring the success of our advertising network. This role involves a combination of account management, performance analysis, and strategy development.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Onboarding new affiliates/partners and managing the existing relationships.
Prepare and present performance reports and analysis to the management team.
Meeting decided KPIs effectively.
Competitor analysis and coming up with contemporary strategies.
Ensure affiliates adhere to network guidelines, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling offers.
Collaborate with affiliates to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness and revenue generation.
Stay updated on Affiliate industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Contribute in the overall expansion of Auctera as a trusted affiliate network.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an affiliate manager working on CPI , CPA , CPS models
Experience with ecommerce vertical is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and online advertising.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
