We aim to elevate the level of automation in small and medium-sized businesses by streamlining processes and eliminating manual labour by implementing a CRM system and custom development. Our clients are ?developers, clinics, factories, schools, online stores, the beauty — sphere, the service sector, consulting agencies etc.

We are looking for a person with a systematic mindset who likes to keep everything in order and likes challenging technical tasks. This is the position for the junior specialist in our sphere but not for the person without any work experience at all.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Stage 1 — adaptation (1-2 months).
    • Learn services for automating customer business processes (Zoho CRM, NetHunt other tools).
    • Fulfilment of technical tasks from the team.
    • Write documentation and describe the business processes.
    • Configure Zoho CRM, NetHunt CRM, and PipeDrive.
    • Communication with clients (Ukrainian or English) as technical support.
  • Stage 2implementation of business process automation projects with the help of a manager (3-5 months).
    • Attend meetings to identify the customer’s business requirements for automation and functional requirements.
    • Plan project and budget.
    • Configure systems by yourself.
    • Create guides for the client’s employees.
    • Conduct workshops and trainings.
  • Stage 3— independent management of the implementation projects.
    • Schedule meetings to gather business requirements.
    • Audit the customer’s business processes.
    • Concept development and coordination with the client.
    • Perform the implementation project.
    • Conduct training sessions.
    • Customer support at the system launch stage.
    • Support of implemented solutions.
    • Customer consulting.

Requirements

  1. Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written) or higher.
  2. Adaptability and possibility of working simultaneously with several projects (3-6).
  3. System and analytical thinking.
  4. A high level of self-organisation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of tasks.
  5. Basic knowledge of project management and sales process.
  6. Experience with CRM as a technical specialist or integrator.
  7. High level of business etiquette skills.

Will be a plus

  • API understanding.
  • Experience with Zoho Products.
