Crafting and maintaining meticulous project management documentation, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Coordinating and facilitating impactful project meetings, documenting actions, and ensuring diligent follow-up until successful completion.
Proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges, collaborating with the team to devise effective solutions.
Participating in and enhancing the sales process, showcasing your expertise in client discussions and product demonstrations.
Conducting in-depth business process analysis interviews to understand client requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
Delivering top-notch product-related training to end-users, empowering them to unleash the full potential of our cutting-edge offerings.
What We Expect From You:
A proven track record as a project manager or similar role, ideally within the B2B SaaS and retail industry for at least 2 years.
A deep understanding of the intricacies of the retail industry and supply chain management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Polish, English, and Ukrainian.
Technical savvy to navigate the digital landscape.
Strong analytical skills to dissect complex scenarios and provide innovative solutions.
The ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders, building influential relationships even without formal authority.
