Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the screening process for new drivers, maintaining thorough driver and vehicle compliance files.
Ensure adherence to Hours of Service and vehicle regulations to uphold safety standards.
Address driver safety performance, vehicle maintenance needs, and provide robust support and communication to drivers.
Participate actively in safety audits, incident management, and uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English essential for international operations.
Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
A proactive problem-solving attitude, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.

Work Hours:
US business hours 9 AM to 6 PM EST (4 PM to 1 AM UA time).
