We are looking for a Product Manager to join fast-growing and dynamic Crypto Gambling Product. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of our platform to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to drive product innovation and growth with ambitious plans to bring the product to the world's top-5 Crypto Casinos.
Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute product features based on user feedback and market trends.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure product quality and reliability.
User Experience:
- Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Implement strategies to enhance player retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams to develop strategies for user acquisition, retention, and support.
- Provide regular updates and reports on product performance, key metrics, and milestones.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the gambling or igaming industry.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, with experience in crypto gambling being a huge plus.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or platforms.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation, gaming, and emerging technologies.
