Commercial Manager

Leading integrated research-based, global pharmaceutical company Glenmark Ukraine announces the position of Commercial Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and leading commercial and logistics cycles
• Managing demand planning and supply chain process
• Customs clearance 
• Storage of goods according to license conditions 
• Laboratory clearance of products 
• Management of quality process and ensure successful inspections 
• Commercial activity (commercial terms, contracts, billing, distribution of products, cash collections, returns etc.) 
• Handling all contracts with distributors and 3rd services providers, SOPs updating etc.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS/STAKEHOLDERS

External

• Distributors of the pharmaceutical market
• 3rd party providers (Warehouse, Customs Brokers, Laboratory etc.)

Internal

• All cross-functional departments (Finance, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory, Demand Planning)

• Strong analytic skills, ability to work with a large volume of data, quick response to request
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Perceive changes quickly, adapt, work in a changing environment and achieve the best results and set goals

Technical skills

• Advanced РС user
• Ability to use equipment for presentations

Foreign languages

• Fluent English
