An international company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in HR, consulting, clinical, or service sales, who has a keen interest in psychology and a desire to make a meaningful impact. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients across various industries, including but not limited to HR, consulting, clinical, governmental and non governmental organizations.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within HR, consulting, medical, or service industries.
- Strong understanding and interest in psychology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
