Sales manager (Turkish, Spanish or French)

Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a Sales manager who speaks Turkish, French or Spanish.

Duties:

-Providing effective technical support to users via telephone, e-mail or other means of communication;

-Solving technical issues;

-Preparation of materials and instructions for users;

-Documentation of technical support processes;

Requirements:

-Knowledge of Turkish, French or Spanish - not lower than B2;

-Experience would be an advantage;

-Good cooperation skills with other members of the technical support team and IT departments;

-Knowledge and understanding of office programs;

-Readiness and desire to learn new technologies and methods of technical support;

-Communication;

-The ability to quickly solve problems;
