Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our financial products and services, particularly in relation to AML regulations. The Quality and AML Specialist will work closely with our compliance and operations teams to develop and implement quality assurance processes and AML controls.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with AML regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes and controls to identify and mitigate AML risks
- Monitor transactions and customer activities for suspicious behavior and potential money laundering activities
- Investigate and report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance AML controls and processes
- Check the incoming emails and report them to the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AML compliance or quality assurance in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing AML controls and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
