Job description:

Join us as an SysOps Administrator and be the lord of our cloud infrastructure! The primary responsibility will be smooth managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructures built on the AWS and Linode platforms for our two successful SaaS products — LiveAgent and Post Affiliate Pro.

From managing EC2 instances to configuring auto-scaling and implementing robust security measures, your skills will ensure our infrastructure’s availability, reliability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing highly available, secure, cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Configuration, and management of cloud services.
  • Monitoring and ensuring high performance and availability of systems.
  • Implementing security solutions and enforcing best practices for data protection.
  • Collaborating with other departments on planning and implementing new projects.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Experience with installation, configuration, and management of cloud services.
  • Experience with GNU/Linux administration
  • Knowledge of some tools and technologies like Kubernetes, Salt, Varnish, Argo, Elasticsearch, MariaDB, Asterisk, Reverse proxy (Nginx), Haproxy, GitHub, Grafana or similar.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform is an advantage
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to system infrastructure.
  • Experience in implementing and managing security policies and rules in the cloud.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
