IT System Analyst (online banking UKRSIB online)

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group is looking for an IT Analyst (System Analyst) to join the team of online banking product for individuals.

Our team is developing financial WEB-application. We are using Java 8, Spring, Apache Wicket, HTML5, and more. Simplifying our life using gradle and jenkins (teamcity) for build automation.

The team is located in a modern office in the heart of Podil.

We expect your involvement into:

· Taking part in integration projects and defining requirements for integration protocols

· Identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements for the development

· Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise, ensure that out of the box functionality is leveraged and to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

· Ensure that proposed solutions are focused on improving efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes, and are consistent across products where possible.

· Participate in the development and planning of the User Acceptance Testing activities, including test plans and scripts, based on requirements.

· Facilitate UAT execution phase and work with business lead and project manager to obtain user acceptance test signoff.

· Clarification and description of project requirements

· Requirements management and impact analysis

· Close communication with subject matter experts and developers

· Promotion of effective teamwork and spirit of business partnership

· Assistance in issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Knowledge and Skills:

· Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and leadership skills

· Proactive mindset and strong communication skills

· Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions

· Understanding of basic software architecture principals

· Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.

· Strong knowledge of building integration processes (TeamCity\Octopus).

Management and Technical teams in the Product creation process.

· Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies.

· Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation.

· Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization.

· Strong attention to details, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product.

· Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment.

Experience:

· At least 3 years of work experience as a System Analyst.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related fields

· 3+ years of Business and System Analysis

· Experience in implementing automation processes and best practices in development processes of the Product.

· Experience in implementing automation processes of visualization, monitoring and communication between

· Experience in description of interfaces and interaction between system components

· Experience in programming is an advantage

· 3+ years successful experience as a BA/SA/PO in different domains (will be a plus).
