Our client is a large European logistics operator that provides a full range of logistics services (international air, sea, and land freight transportation).
We are looking for a B2B sales manager for an international freight forwarding company (transportation by air, sea, or land tilt). Experience in the freight forwarding business is not mandatory.
TO DO LIST:
- Organization of sales of international cargo transportation (import/export);
- Correspondence with counterparties, including non-residents;
- Calculation of tariffs and offers / tender projects;
- Monitoring the status of accounts receivable and payable of customers;
- Resolving client-manager conflicts;
- Communication with clients using English.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- University degree (management, finance/economics, logistics);
- B2B sales experience from 2 years;
- Skills in dealing with objections of clients and contractors;
- Competence, speed of making the right decisions, business ethics;
- Successful experience in customer/project support;
- Active life position, teamwork, ability to work independently, and responsibility;
- Fluent English;
- Willingness to travel, if necessary;
- Experience in the logistics/forwarding business will be a plus.
