Head of PR

LIGA ZAKON, a product IT company, is a Ukrainian developer of information and analytical products with more than 30 years of expertise and strong competence in big data processing and high customer service standards.

Our IT platform, LIGA360, currently serves over 160,000 users of various levels. In collaboration with partner projects integrated with LIGA ZAKON solutions, this number reaches approximately 360,000 diverse professionals, including nearly all executive and judicial authorities.

The company's primary strategic focus is international expansion and creating product value for clients from different countries through our Platform.

 As a result of our growth, we are inviting Head of PR to join our Ukrainian team.

 Role Objective: Lead image and reputation management projects. Create a strong product understanding and values among clients. Develop and implement new communication strategies for LIGA ZAKON in Ukraine in line with the business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify target audience segments and their preferences.
• Develop and execute PR and GR strategies, including partnership with government bodies.
• Formulate and implement corporate communication policies.
• Develop tailored messaging and storytelling to resonate with different audience segments.
• Create compelling content such as press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media posts to communicate product features and benefits.
• Utilize digital marketing channels effectively, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach the target audience.
• Build creative tools and plans for PR and GR strategies, enhancing product image and communication support.
• Develop corporate and personal branding, both externally and internally.
• Identify key influencers and thought leaders in the IT industry and establish partnerships for endorsements or collaborations.
• Analyze the effectiveness of PR and communication activities by tracking key performance indicators such as brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Manage event participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate PR activities into overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare spokespersons and executives for media interviews and public appearances to effectively communicate key messages about the new IT product.
• Continuously optimize PR strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights and feedback from stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of PR/GR in Ukraine.
• IT industry experience (Legal Tech, RegTech, Risk & Compliance, OSINT, ERP).

• Government relations experience.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.
• Creativity in PR and GR tools.
• Proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
