Position Overview:   We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our client base for custom software development services. The role involves identifying potential clients, identifying customers' business challenges, offering solutions for these challenges, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. You will also represent Jarrz at worldwide conferences and trade shows to network, promote our services and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, engage with prospects, set up meetings.

  • Identify and understand customers' business challenges, offer solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.

  • Represent the company at worldwide conferences and trade shows.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that proposed project specifications meet client needs and expectations. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in technology or software.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
