Sales Specialist (for Ukraine)

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with clients and guiding them toward life-changing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients through compelling messages and impactful calls, leveraging our proven strategies and resources.
What we need you to do:
- Craft persuasive messages to initiate client conversations and highlight the benefits of our life-improvement programs.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects, actively listening to their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Direct potential clients to the webinars aimed at facilitating the closure of deals and providing necessary information to potential clients if they are not ready to buy yet.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance sales strategies and meet performance targets.
- Coordinate with our Client Success Manager for ongoing client support and engagement following the completion of sales transactions.
- If needed, assist in the implementation of sales technologies such as automation tools, and AI-powered analytics to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
You’ll be a good fit for us if you have:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in a psychological or life-improvement context.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for engaging and influencing others.
- Strong empathy and understanding of human psychology to connect with clients on a deeper level.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work 40 hours a week during USA hours (from afternoon Kyiv time, can be discussed), with a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving results.
