We are looking for experienced and creative Office Manager in Kyiv to join us full-time.

Main requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar position (Office Manager/Administrator);
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Strong PC user: Google Drive and Office standard package;
  • Accuracy with data, tables and budgets;
  • Huge desire to work and learn new skills;
  • Flexible personality with proactive attitude;
  • Ability to work mostly from the office.

Good to have:

  • Experience in planning and organizing corporate events.

Main responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Organization: Spearhead the creation and execution of corporate events, both online and offline, ensuring they are engaging and well-coordinated.
  • Internal Communication: Take charge of the internal Telegram chat by devising a content schedule, generating engaging posts, quizzes, and interactive content to cultivate a dynamic and engaged community.
  • Office Management: Oversee the office environment, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. This includes the procurement of standard goods, overseeing facility operations, and ensuring the workspace is conducive to productivity.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Conduct research to source goods and services that meet the organization’s quality and budgetary requirements.
  • Reporting and Support: Prepare reports and provide support to other internal teams by assisting with routine tasks, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
  • LinkedIn Management: Oversee LinkedIn account activities, including the growth of the network, campaign management, sending invites, and compiling performance reports.
  • Flexibility in Role: Adapt to additional tasks as needed, which may include decorating the office for special occasions, procuring items for various departmental requirements, and assisting other departments with general tasks.
