Now, we are in search of a dedicated and experienced relationship coach/psychologist from Ukraine with expertise in providing psychological consultations and knowing Americans.
Proficiency in English at a conversational level is crucial for effective communication.
What we need you to do:
?Conduct one-on-one/group relationship coaching sessions, focusing on psychological aspects and emotional well-being.
?Assist clients in understanding and addressing challenges within their relationships.
?Utilize psychological insights and therapeutic techniques to encourage self-awareness and positive relationship dynamics.
?Provide a safe and supportive space for clients to express their concerns and emotions.
?Collaborate with clients to establish realistic and achievable relationship goals.
?Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards in all coaching interactions.
You’ll be a good fit for us if you have:
?Proficiency in English at a conversational level.
?Certified Relationship Coach with a specialization in psychological consultations.
?Proven experience in conducting one-on-one/group coaching sessions, preferably in the field of relationships.
?Understanding of psychological principles and techniques and ability to adapt them in your practice.
?Knowing of NLP or other approaches would be a huge benefit.
?Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.
?Flexibility to work during American time hours.

Payment:
$50 per coaching hour
*Earn a bonus by supporting our sales team and successfully closing deals to onboard new participants into the program.
