Learning and Development (L&D) Project Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of various L&D projects, such as Talent Management and Cross-functional Internships. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and meeting business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience (from 3 years) in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in the IT or i-Gaming industry will be considered a significant advantage.
• B1 level of English proficiency.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of training methodology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Critical thinking and the ability to learn new topics from scratch, diving deep into content to apply knowledge effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of L&D projects (Talent Management, Cross functional Internships, etc.) from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective learning strategies.
• Clarify and validate stakeholder requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with the HR function for integrated project execution.
• Research and implement new approaches, tools, and technologies in L&D projects.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies to measure projects effectiveness and ROI.
• Be aware of the latest trends in L&D to innovate ecosystem practices.
