Freetour.com GmbH is a Swiss product company that owns and operates global platforms and brands in the travel & tourism industry. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who will expand our partner network in two key areas: closing agreements with new tour guides and tour agencies, as well as finding new affiliate partners to promote our brand.
Responsibilities:
— Conduct market and data research to identify destinations where we need to onboard new tour guides and tour agencies;
— Create, develop, and monitor a plan for destination coverage in terms of available activities and tours;
— Conduct market research to identify potential affiliate partners to promote our brand;
— Drive growth within our current affiliate network by optimizing performance and nurturing key partnerships;
— Establish clear goals for the affiliate business channel and execute strategic plans to achieve them;
— Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management.
Requirements:
— Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales\ Business Development \ Affiliate marketing;
— Upper-intermediate proficiency in written English;
— Proficiency in PC usage, particularly with data and tables (Excel, Sheets);
— Stellar communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse clientele;
— Proven track record of initiative, responsibility, and results orientation;
— Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and exceed targets.
