Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior Business Analyst for remote cooperation in Ukraine, Poland or Bulgaria.
Areas of Responsibility
- Communicating with customer
- Managing customer's expectations
- Translating customer needs into business, system, and product requirements
- Acting as a requirement analyst in communication with project teams
- Defining detailed customer specifications and translating the requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Participating in requirements preparation, refinement and planning on story and task level
- Analyzing and documenting APIs
- Communicating closely with subject matter experts and developers
- Conducting UAT, product acceptance testing, and verifying required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements
- Managing product backlogs following Scrum/Agile
- Maintaining knowledge base
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Process
- Ability to develop State of Requirements (SOR), Project Charter and Scope of Work (SOW)
- Knowledge of how to develop business case for any Business Unit IT requirements
- Ability to develop project schedule (including tasks, time for each task, work breakdown, resources required, completion time, and critical paths)
- Basic awareness of different types of Business and Technical Solutions (ERP, Well Integrity, Permit to Work, etc)
- Awareness of IT team roles in infrastructure, client support, solution development and security
- Knowledge of how to do technical feasibility for new projects
- Identify the business requirements for new projects (like user interface, budget, hardware, software, etc)
- Study and analyze the users' requests, background, and business functions including methods, procedures, and manuals. identify the Critical Success Factors (CSF)
- Experience in Oil&Gas industry operations (upstream, midstream and downstream)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
