Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, opinions, letters, and other legal documents.
- Negotiation process support and facilitation.
- Coordination and collaboration with all internal stakeholders on legal queries.
- Devising and documenting contract strategy in line with our company values.
- Ensuring all contracts and actions comply with all relevant local, state, federal, and international laws.
- Drafting additional legal documentation as needed.
- Examining and reporting any potential or existing legal issues to the relevant authorities.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Law from a Western or acknowledged Ukrainian university.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international company/environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Business, Contract, IP, Tax, Corporate, Law, and regulation of international business activity.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in drafting of legal documents.
- Ability to work under limited supervision and accept personal responsibility for task completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Advanced command of legal English, and Ukrainian (for UA-based candidates). Reading, writing, and speaking.
