Position Overview:
To join our dynamic team, we are currently looking for a talented Fintech lawyer with a specialization in crypto regulation.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up with changes in legislation and regulations as well as advancements in the financial and cryptocurrency industries.
- Create and evaluate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents pertaining to the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Provide legal advice on matters concerning the security and privacy of data in the fintech and cryptocurrency industries.
- Take part in the incorporation procedures in several international jurisdictions.
- Interact with local regulators and authorities.
- Oversee connections with EMIs, banks, PSPs, and cryptocurrency exchanges; this includes initiating merchant and corporate accounts for companies throughout the globe with different risk profiles.
- Offer customers guidance on cryptocurrency-related regulatory compliance issues.
- Build and preserve connections with clients and other attorneys.
- Remain informed on modifications to the rules and regulations pertaining to cryptocurrencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 2 years of legal practice, with a focus on fintech and crypto industries
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- Proficiency in conducting legal research, analysis, and drafting legal documents
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and a strong work ethic

- Working days are Mo. – Fr. The hours will be 10:00 – 19:00.
