Finance & Administration Specialist (m/f/d) | Demining Systems

In order to expand our team in Kyiv, Ukraine, we are looking for you as:
Finance & Administration Specialist (m/f/d) | Demining Systems
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, banking & credit cards, accounts receivable, and tax liabilities
- Analyze ongoing project financial transactions and prepare monthly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee and direct the management of all project-related facilities owned or rented
- Support management and Group Finance with intra-group transactions, invoicing and other finance topics
- Liaise with external accountancy on financial policies and procedures
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or accounting
- Solid experience providing financial, administrative, and business support for a Ukrainian enterprise
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong team player with a hands-on approach and collaborative mindset
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
