Customer Support Manager (English)

WOW24-7 collaborates with companies from Israel, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, the USA, etc. Our clients are from 20+ countries.

Now we are looking for a Customer Support Manager with English knowledge in our friendly team.

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in English (C1-C2);
• Proven experience in customer support or call centre operations will be a plus; 
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral;
• Active listening skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in Customer Service.

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer email, and phone queries and requests;
• Handle customer complaints;
• Consultation of new clients on updates, discounts, payment methods;
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.

Conditions of work:

Flexible working schedule:

• 5 shifts per week (16:00—02:00);
• 2 days off per week.
