Business Analyst

Metinvest Digital is building RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development center. As part of the team, you will deliver end-to-end Robotics solutions to Metinvest Holding assets. Robots will work mainly on Blue Prism, but prototyping is also possible on other solutions. The main automation focus it is financial, procurement and HR function with various technology pool, includes OCR, ML etc.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manual processes;
• Design and conduct user interviews, studies, and other tests to deeply analyze and understand user data;
• Synthesize and deliver research findings to stakeholders to inform product decisions;
• Detail requirements into high-quality artifacts using UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Specifications;
• Process design and adaptation logic to RPA (Robotic Process Automation);
• Transfer the functional design to the development team ensuring a complete understanding;
• Team support during development and testing stages;
• Supporting end-users with issues related to the product;

Required skills

• 2+ years of relevant working experience;
• Experience with Blue Prism;
• Experience with Visio or similar tool;
• Knowledge in BPMN;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills has experience in proposing different options and solutions for approaching and resolving issues;
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum team;
• At least Intermediate English;
• Understanding of data formats and protocols - REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, AS2, EDI would be a plus.
