Business Jets is an established international private aviation company offering tailor-made business aviation solutions. We organize flights for business or leisure. Our clients are private individuals as well as companies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred;
Two years previous experience in customer support, sales, client services, sales experience in the luxury industry;
Demonstrated and proven sales results;
Advanced computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts;
Focused on customer service;
Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
Fluent English;
Persuasive and goal-oriented;
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience;
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support;
Receive and report on all sales leads;
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions;
Work with sales team when closing sales;
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics;
Meet all sales quotas and goals;
Assist team to meet and exceed goals;
Maintaining CRM in a strict accordance with company policy;
Negotiations with clients;
Business Jets products sales;
Working around customers objections;
Communication with the product development team;
Conclusion of service contracts;
Extended control over the first request;
Conducting trainings on improving sales to the flights organization department;
Work with a warm base (those who applied, but stopped flying);
Work with a cold customer base (possible customers).
