 On behalf of our client, international production engineering company in automotive sphere, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Sales Professional, (Kyiv Office)

Main responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process;
  • Build new customer relationships and nurture existing customers;
  • Generate new business, from prospecting to drafting and closing contracts. Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities;
  • Problem-solving together with customers/engineers;
  • Act as a single point of contact for various in- and external stakeholders;
  • Proper maintenance of the customer database;
  • Handle all administration of CRM, lead generation, contracts, preparing sales forecasts, reports and monitoring sales records, keeping CRM up-to-date on a daily basis;
  • Gather market intelligence from customers and identify opportunities;
  • Participate in international trade shows, roadshows and customer presentations;
  • Follow the industry trends and competitors within the industry to identify risks and opportunities.

Desired requirements & qualifications:

  • University degree in engineering, economics or business administration;
  • Sales experience in B2B, B2G sales;
  • Experience in automotive, military, rescue, mining, off-road, camper or RV is a plus;
  • Experience in developing and taking care of large end users or distributors is a plus;
  • Experience selling via distribution channels, or directly to end users;
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with a desire to learn;
  • Sales-driven and result-oriented professional;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems;
  • Fluency both verbal and written in English and Ukrainian, any other language is a plus;
  • The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements and work in high-pressure environments;
  • Autonomous, mature, and highly professional in dealing with individuals at different seniority levels;
  • Ability to travel both through the dedicated region and globally as the business and opportunities demand, occasionally at short notice.
