On behalf of our client, international production engineering company in automotivesphere, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Project Manager (sales function)
Main Responsibilities:
- Effective directing of the automotive projects team to realize the goals and all stages of theproject from start to finish;
- Manage and coordinate all processes of sales and realization of the sales projects (involving all departments such as: R&D, procurement, production, logistics etc.);
- Responsibility for a team solving of problems arising during project implementation;
- Establishing a mechanism for preventing problems and managing potential risks;
- Development and implementation of schedules for project tasks;
- Adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, changing requirements and unforeseen events;
- Be familiar with international Automotive concepts, practices, procedures and constantlyupdate such knowledge will be a advantage.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree (Economics or Technical);
- Additional education and Project Management certificate will be an advantage;
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager and related experience;
- Sales experience is a must;
- Experience in B2B, B2G sales;
- Working experience in automotive, technical equipment etc. will be an advantage;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment;
- Time-management and organizational skills;
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Problem-solving skills with attention to details;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong computer skills (especially MS Excel, SAP);
- Well-organized, consistent, responsible, initiative, creative and inventive;
- Attention to details;
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
