Main responsibilities:
- Ensure proper functioning of the office.
- Consult and study proposals from different suppliers (water, cleaning, office equipment etc.).
- Provide administrative support to the employees.
- Register and distribute all incoming correspondence. Posting outgoing mail.
- Greet and welcome all visitors; answer incoming phone calls.
- Arrange transfer services for the staff.
- Handling documents, scanning, photocopying, typing and dealing with other administrative tasks as required.
- Preparing presentations.
- Handling internal databases.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Good level of English
- 1 year+ of Administrative/Office Management experience
- Advanced PC user
- Experience in handling various documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Accurate and attentive to details
