Office Manager for an International Company

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper functioning of the office.
  • Consult and study proposals from different suppliers (water, cleaning, office equipment etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to the employees.
  • Register and distribute all incoming correspondence. Posting outgoing mail.
  • Greet and welcome all visitors; answer incoming phone calls.
  • Arrange transfer services for the staff.
  • Handling documents, scanning, photocopying, typing and dealing with other administrative tasks as required.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Handling internal databases.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Good level of English
  • 1 year+ of Administrative/Office Management experience
  • Advanced PC user
  • Experience in handling various documents
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving attitude 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Accurate and attentive to details
