Philip Morris Ukraine on behalf of its Partner invites for cooperation a person to provide full administrative support to employees within different departments to ensure smooth functioning of functional groups on a day-to-day basis. Work as an Admin Assistant to Directors in daily activities.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide all kinds of administrative assistance to employees, undertake a variety of administrative routines and ad hoc activities.
- Assist with organization of business travels (local/abroad) for employees, in cooperation with Travel Agency initiate and process tickets requests, organize hotel reservation and control visa application process etc.
- Reflect vacations and illness of employees of assigned Departments in a timesheet and submit it to Finance department on a monthly basis.
- Prepare other paperwork related. Coordinate arrangements for a variety of internal meetings, assemble appropriate materials for meetings/conferences, when required, attend and minute meetings to ensure follow-up actions on request of Directors.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree
- Previous experience in administrative area
- Good level of PC skills (MS Office)
- English - advanced
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- High level client orientation, communications skills
