Purpose of the Job:
We constantly grow and now we are ready to invite in our Kyiv team an experienced and proactive specialist in the role- Facility/Administrative Manager, who is able to help us in opening an office and setting up facility office processes.

Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Full support of the office, including interaction with the services of the business center
Ordering office supplies, coordination, searching for suppliers (appliances, furniture)
Work with incoming / outgoing documentation and reporting
Interaction with Heads of structural units
Reporting & forming office Facility budget
work with documents of contractors (e.g. support with registration of a residence permit, work permits)
Work with Private Entrepreneurs on matter assistant with the question regarding agreements & PE support
Tracking the signing of all office documents
Maintaining primary accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, invoices, acts of work performed)
“Must have” Knowledge/Experience & Soft skills:
- At least 3+ years of experience in Administrative/managerial roles
- BS\MS degree in economic /management will be advantage
- Well-developed self-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to provide Client-oriented service
- At least Intermediate level of English
- Responsible & positive thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Initiative & Proactive

- Business-oriented
- Well-developed aesthetic sense
