The events we organise are an educational product for software developers - we help them stay up to date with the latest technology updates and improve coding skills. This is our way to move civilization faster to a better future.

We are looking for a passionate CMO to help us spread out our vision and services around the world by reaching sales targets and building brand awareness for Geekle through effective Sales & Marketing strategies.

Care areas for our future Brandfather are:

1. Take the lead in managing the expected levels of REVENUE and ROMI;
2. Systematise and lead current processes, as well as coming up with new ones to put in place;
3. Build an effective communication system internally and externally with the Marketing Team, manage the completion of tasks and improve our marketing strategy.

To do this, we invite an employee with:

• Strong leadership skills, the ability to deliver results along with your subordinates;
• Initiative, independence and a quick response rate;
• Creativity, good taste and a feel for trends in the industry;
• Divine manual expertise in traffic management, effective campaign management from $50k (fb, google is a must);
• Knowledge of worldwide selling of educational products.

The first tasks for the position will be:

1. Take over management of the team, conduct an audit in relation to tasks and current processes, structure the workflow and bring in new, brilliant marketers (if needed);
2. Create a 2021 marketing plan broken down into time frames, responsibilities, and ways of tracking the success;
3. Review sales tactics and plan to include this into effective marketing strategies.

Required experience:

• MUST HAVE proficiency work with fluent English (spoken and written);
• MUST HAVE successful cases in your portfolio;
• Ninja in task managers, CRM systems, KPI's and marketing flows systematization;
• 2+ years experience leading a team (of 10 or more people), simultaneously releasing and working on numerous projects at once;
• Experience working in a similar field - IT / digital marketing;
• Ability to use modern methods of project management;
• Experience with a traffic driven marketing business model.
